Music

Worship at All Saints includes a growing offering of choral services, including Choral Mass, Choral Mattins, Choral Evensong and Mini Mattins, detailed on our Worship page.

These services are led by three voluntary choirs based at All Saints. If you, or your child, would like to sing with us, please contact our Director of Music and Liturgy, Jonathan.

All Saints is fortunate to have a magnificent three-manual Hunter organ, transported from Clapham Congregational Church and rebuilt by Mander’s in 1953.

All Saints Choir

The All Saints Choir leads a Choral Mass on special occasions and sings Choral Mattins monthly. It also sings alongside the Junior Choir on occasional Tuesday evenings.

Membership operates on a ‘sign-up’ system, so members can commit to singing frequently or occasionally.

Junior Choir

Our Junior Choir rehearses on Tuesday evenings: younger children from 5-6pm and older children from 6-7pm. Rehearsals are led by our Director of Music and by our choir assistant Hermione.

Our older group regularly sing Tuesday evening services as part of our Magnify series, as well as joining the adult choir on selected Sundays.

East London
Evensong Choir

The East London Evensong Choir was founded by Jonathan Pease in 2015 with the aim of promoting choral liturgy and the Book of Common Prayer in London’s East End.

In 2021, ELEC entered into partnership with All Saints Poplar, where it sings Evensong on the second Sunday of each month.
